QuizTrivia is designed with your privacy in mind. We want to be clear about what information we do and don't collect:

• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Contact information from your device
• Messages or conversation data

What We DO Collect

Our app uses the Open Trivia Database API to fetch quiz questions. When you play:

• Quiz questions are fetched from a third-party service (Open Trivia Database)
• Game state is stored locally on your device only
• No data is transmitted to our servers (we don't have any servers)

Third-Party Services

QuizTrivia uses the Open Trivia Database API to provide quiz questions. This service:

• URL: https://opentdb.com
• May log API requests for their own operational purposes
• Does not receive any personal information from our app
• Has its own privacy policy available at their website

Data Storage

All game data is stored locally on your device within the iMessage app sandbox. This includes:

• Your current game state
• Quiz questions and answers
• Your score and progress

This data is never transmitted off your device and is automatically deleted if you delete the app or conversation.

iMessage Integration

QuizTrivia operates as an iMessage extension. All messages and game interactions are handled by Apple's iMessage platform. We do not have access to:

• Your iMessage conversations
• Recipient information
• Message content outside of game data

Children's Privacy

QuizTrivia does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. The app is designed to be privacy-friendly for all ages.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store any personal data on servers, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. All data is stored locally on your device and you have complete control over it.
